Action Kids Early Bird Registration Form 2022

Welcome to Action Kids Summer Camp Early Bird Registration where you save 10% off our regular camp weeks! 

We are excited to announce that we are implementing a new software system that will allow our families to access to our online portal, where they will be able to manage their profile, add days, add before and after care, order Friday pizza lunch, upload camp medicals, fill out camp forms, order camp swag, the list is endless! The new portal will be available mid-January.  Watch for emails!  Once you receive our email that the portal is available, please create your account and choose your weeks. We will guarantee all weeks will be available until 1/31/2022.  Please indicate in the PRIMARY EMAIL field, the email that you want attached to your new online account.

In the meantime, we have made a few small changes to our Early Bird registration. Early Bird Registration will be open from 12/15/21 to 1/10/22.   At this time, you only need choose the number of Full Weeks you would like at the Early Bird rate. Choose one, choose all ten.  (Registration for partial weeks will open on 1/31/2022) When the online portal is ready to roll out, you will be directed to log in and create an account, at that time you will choose which weeks you camp weeks.  If you would like to have your Registration processed in 2021 for Tax or Dependent Care Purposes, please submit the early bird form to us by 1pm on 12/30/2021.  Anything received after that time will be processed in 2022

As an added bonus, all Early Bird registrations will receive a $25 gift credit for our camp store, sign up for 5 or more weeks will receive a $50 gift credit.  (These gift credits will be applied to your online account once it is created).

Campers aged 4 ½ to 5th grade*, Campers must be 4 ½ by 6/20/2022
Full Day Program, 8:30 to 4:40
Early Bird Rate: $360 per week

 Campers entering 6th or 7th Grade*
Full Day Program, 8:30 to 4:30
Early Bird Rate: $252 per week

CIT (Counselor in Training)
Campers entering 8th grade*,
 Full Day Program, 8:30 to 4:30
Early Bird Rate: $198 per week

Early BIrd Administrative Policies

Our Early Bird Registration camp refund policy:

  • No Refunds.

  • We offer In House Credit for cancelled summer camp weeks until 4/1/2022. No Refunds

  • Any date changes to your original camp registration can be made until May 1, 2022. Space permitting.  
  • Make ups for missed camp days are not available.
  • No house credit or refund for any cancelled camp registration after 4/1/2022

Charge my card on file; When your camp registration is processed, we will send an invoice, then then charge the card on file and send a receipt.

I will call with a credit card; When your camp registration is processed, we will send an invoice. Upon receipt of the invoice, you must call with 2 business days.  Unpaid camp registrations will not be held. All payments must be made by 1/10/2021.
